The A.U.F. is the governing body for underwater sports and amateur diving in Australia. A.U.F.Q. is the umbrella organisation for the following sports and recreations in Queensland: SCUBA & Snorkel diving, Spearfishing, Underwater Hockey and Coaching/Training.

The Blue Fin Fishing Club is the largest Fishing Club in Queensland.

This club is located at Caloundra on the shores of the Pumicestone Passage & is well established as a social club & active supporter of fishing in the area.

This group is mainly concerned with stocking barramundi in the Gulf of Carpentaria and is based at Karumba.

Principle activity is to promote fishing in schools and hold an annual fishing day competition each year.

S.Q.A.F.C.A is made up of 24 fishing clubs from South East Queensland. This makes S.Q.A.F.C.A. the largest division in Queensland. These fishing clubs have a number of fishing club houses both on the main land and Moreton Island.

The members of S.Q.A.F.C.A. presently own the largest fleet of privately owned boats and 4WD's in Queensland. Our association is also the largest purchaser of Bait, Tackle and boat fuel in the state.

The members of S.Q.A.C.F.A. are a large support mechanism to all fishing infrastructure in Queensland.
